Liz and fellow staff were super helpful and we are so thrilled with our Australian made dining table/chairs and bed! We are going back regularly for more items as the quality and prices are excellent. We had shopped around so much prior to discovering Enhance Furniture, and found so many of our items there. Even styling items and prints are fabulous! Don’t buy cheap and nasty- try this place first! Delivery and assembly of furniture was fab too!

When it comes to the furniture, we can't fault it. We love what we ordered. Good quality timber. HOWEVER, service ain't as good. We were promised a delivery on a certain date that was never met. What more, the chairs for the dining happened to come from a different shipment. Almost every week, we would follow up. Almost every time we'd call, we'd get told a new delivery date. No apologies received. Hence, when it comes to integrity of customer service, fail.

I purchased an ottoman from here some years ago. I waited a long time for this product which I was asked to pay full price for before reciving the product. I had to travel to a whare house in Blacktown to pick up the item. When I got home I found the product to be nothing like the item on display whe pattern and colour was vastly different. I had to take the item back to the store in castle Hill I carried the heavy item from the car park to the store damaging my back and shoulder . I had lots off trouble refunding the product it look about one week. I complained to them about the poor service and time spent to get the refund. After all the trouble that the store owner put me through he banded me from ever shopping there again. They are happy to take you money but are buggers when claiming a refund. Basically after all these years I still remember the experience I basically would never go ther again any way.
