Lovely experience shopping here today, Will was super accommodating and helped me pick some items to deck out our spare bedroom. He went above and beyond and even remembered me from the last time we shopped there. Rare to find this level of customer service these days. Very happy customer
Visited the store in Castle Hill Towers The lady was nice and helped to get what I wanted. One item was not in the store and she checked on the system and found that it was in the Castle Hill Hub store. Came to the Castle Hill Hub store. Asked if that item was in stock here as per the conversation we had with the Castle Hill Towers store. Instead of answering us, they were very aggressive on first communication telling us you should’ve rang before entering the store and this it’s not our problem. While having conversation with the first sales lady, the second lady who was packing the shelves interrupted and also aggressively said we should’ve rang them before coming into the store as the Bed n Bath Tables system is incorrect and doesn’t tell the correct stock information. This is the first company that is telling this to the customers. I told them that it isn’t my issue I’m just here to buy what I want. I don’t want to listen about the policies and procedures. They were very rude and walked out of the store. I do not recommend this store. Travel to the castle towers store as they are nicer and friendlier there.
