A supportive environment marketed predominately for women, however rogue "trainers" with all the gear but no idea teaching incorrect "boxing" techniques is damaging to the industry and to inevitably one's health as injuries are susceptible with such terrible form. Go up the road to Pumpt gym if you want a credible gym teaching correct form, at least those guys have stepped in the ring before.
