I attend an individually based Pilates Group session that is especially tailored for my needs and that has a professionally trained Physiotherapist in attendance at all times. This reduces the risk of further injury and promotes improvement. The small intimate classes encourage friendship and fun without a sense of needing to compete with others. I love it and it's the only exercise I have ever been really committed to!!! I am amazed at my own progress! Thanks Core Physiotherapy, Melrose Park.

In recent weeks I've had to get treatment for some old injuries that flared up. Initially I saw Hanna and then Simon, the assessment and treatment plan has been spot on. Therapy is professional and progressive but balanced to get things back on track quickly. Highly recommended.
