I have been a loyal client with Emphasis approx 8-9 years and have been satisfied with their service. I particularly appreciated the hair salon vouchers you can purchase in advance, although they do expire if not used within a time frame.  I wasn't able to use a voucher within a short time frame so it became obsolete and wasn't able to be extended 😯

We are 2 good friends who took a break from Sydney and decided to visit Townsville for some R&R.  Monique and Jacqui did our hair.  They did an AMAZING JOB - were so professional, EXCELLENT with colour and I LOVE LOVE LOVE my haircut.  They listened to us,  walked us through what they were doing and we couldn't be happier.  If I wasn't always so busy and it was affordable I would fly up to Townsville just to have my hair done each time.  GREAT GIRLS, GREAT SERVICE AND PROFESSIONAL and VERY CLEVER.  If I do go back to Townsville I will be leaving my hair to be done at Emphasis.  Can't recommend them enough - thanks girls

Another exceptionally fantastic experience with Kellie and her wonderful staff. Consistently excellent 12 years on. They never miss a beat!
