We are a boutique hair and beauty salon that is locally owned and operated, specialising in creative colouring & cutting techniques. We have recently moved to a larger location and now offer high quality beauty services for our clients.

Amazing experience at this salon! We couldn’t believe the high service we received just to get a couple of blow waves done. Went above and beyond, complementary hand scrub and moisturizer while waiting for your hair stylist, blanket over you while you get your hair washed and omg the best head massage! Beautiful salon and the ladies are beyond lovely, my haircut and style were absolutely perfect. The whole experience was amazing down to the wash with a scalp massage and even a complimentary hand scrub and moisturise on arrivalService: Hairstyling
At first I felt really confident when I was talking with the hairdresser that did my hair. She was really informative and gave me a lot of advice. And was really nice. I came in for a wash/express deep treatment, trim and blow dry with a diffuser. The 5 minute scalp massage was extremely rough and not relaxing at all. Then it got worse when the hairdresser didn't know how to diffuse my hair properly. I left looking like I just got out of bed after a week of not washing my hair. I was very disappointed. Especially because I know I would of done a better job and have had other hairdresser's that knew what they were doing do a even better job. The only thing done properly today was the trim. And I feel like if your going to pay good money for a service by a professional, then it should be done properly by someone who knows what they're doing. EDIT Now that I'm home, I can see my hair wasn't even trimmed good properlyin some areas, still a lot of dead/dry ends. This just made everything worse and I'm in tears. I've now had two bad experiences from two different hairdresser's in past 6 months one from this store and one from a different store in cranbrook that did not know how to do curly hair. I feel really disheartened now. And hope I find a good hairdresser in Townsville soon. I don't recommend coming here if you have curly hair and want it diffused. Other than that the customer service was pretty good. I felt welcomed and enjoyed the hand scrub while I was waiting. They also offer a complimentary beverage and there's a lot you can choose from so I thought that was pretty good. However I will only be returning for trim if I come back in future.Services: Blowdry
Great service great treatment, Nice Staff and beautiful results 100% Recommend
Lovely staff and excellent service. Had to reschedule twice due to weather, but was happy to wait for the positive experience. I was styled by Narelle and would definitely recommend her. She and her colleagues were very friendly and personable and did a great job. The 20% first-haircut discount was nice and kept the price very reasonable. Would definitely go again!
Awful extensions experience...new salon is terrible and I doubt the prices reflect this..had to get a pixie cut at another salon after the Great Lenghts hair extensions were taken out and evidently had wrecked my hair. I have had them for years with no issues, but this time...would have expected better treatment after spending over $1,200. I relayed my concerns on the phone when I had to contact them for the mandatory follow up appointment Shouldn't I have been contacted by them? My concerns weren't even acknowledged, but rather, I was chatted over by the person who took them out talking about her botox with other clients when I was in the chair. Tut tut, shame on you all!
