A group of us went here today to paint - very peaceful and beautiful with the trees changing colour. It’s also a great place for young kids with a well equipped playground Toilets are on site - however the only downside they are not well attended.
The park has lots to offer there play ground is good and there’s lots of walking paths and areas to explore the kids loved it. Looks good for dogs although I don’t have one but I have kids and I let them off the leash and they loved it.
This place has had a face lift and there is now a lovely walking track. Definitely a place to visit for the locals.
Good sized park with a few things to do. Some birds live in the lake, the ducks bring a personal favourite of my daughter. Playground: Playground is a good size with a large rope climbing tower thing. Restrooms: They are a couple of restrooms, but they're outside and fairly dirty, but I guess it is better than nothing in a park. Dog-friendliness: Good for walking dogs. They've got a relatively new off leash dog area, but it seems to not be totally enclosed kinda defeating the purpose of it.
Love walking my dog around here and there is now even a lead free area for him to have a bit of ball play and some off leash training. Also if you go for a bit of an explore you might find the gnome tree if it is still there.
Beautiful place with lots of place to walk explore and enjoy with family
Great local park, excellent for families and walking doggies! Nice and big, space for different types of activities, also has an oval.
Good little park for young ones. Perhaps not much for those not walking or crawling. Lots to climb and explore with toilets and a walking track. There are lots of big trees which are great for the hotter months but they do keep the park damp and cold a lot of the winter.
Tucked away and such a gem. Attended for the first time for a family photoshoot and will definitely be back. Plenty of areas to picnic, play and walk.
A good children's playground and much much more. Relatively handy to both Churinga and Kilsyth shopping centres plus Collins place if you want to bring a coffee down. Often include it in local walks as it has a number of access points. A nice mix of gardens. wetlands and views back to the Dandenongs.
