I had a blowout on the motorway and elite tyres responded to my phone call within 20 seconds of it ringing and then told me to come along and get it fixed when three other garages in the area did not have that tire in stock. They then fixed it within 10 minutes of arriving and I was off on my holiday to Cornwall smoothly! Great price and service

Was to book online with good prices. Staff were welcoming and quick to swap the tyres. Good service all round would recommend.

MOT done and to a good standard from what I can see - higher than average price but still reasonable prices considering having to buy certain approved parts however my problem was with the customer service. Some staff were nice and approachable but some came of as rude and dismissive. Also I understand that personal items in the car may need to be moved/removed in order to perform fixes but returning to my car with items thrown in the footwell and air fresheners ripped off, broken and also thrown in the footwell I was a bit disheartened as to the respect for a customers car however old the car may be.

I ordered 2 tyres for my car, and was told there was limited availability for the particular size / brand of tyre I needed.  Never-the-less, Elite took the booking and an appoitment was made for the tyres to be fitted a week later.  When the appointment came, one of the tyres hadn't arrived. Fair-enough: sometimes these things happen.  But what Elite failed to do was ring me to let me know, so that I could choose a different tyre, or go somewhere else.  So as a result I've had to cancel the MOT I had booked on Monday; I will probably be without the car for a couple of days, and I will have to take more time off work to sort it all out.  Wish I'd gone to Myles Tyres in Oldbury - never had problems with them

I was seen quickly without an appointment, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Reasonable price for mid-range eyes, quoted including fitting & VAT. New tires all round, fitted and balanced in just over 30 mins.

Brilliant service clutch went and car was awaiting recovery and they offered to collect it and completed the job straight the same day and kept me updated throughout would highly recommend

First time I used 'Elite Tyre & Auto Care', from booking the car in, short discussion about the problem to getting the work done I felt it was a capable company with staff I could trust, I would use them again,  labour charges also reasonable,

Somebody recommended me this garage for good practices but I didn't happen to me. My radiator was leaking, I thought to ask them about a quote. They said I I have to book in order to do that, which I did. 2 hours later they called to give me the the quote: £390, for a radiator and an expansion tank, BMW e46. When I didn’t agree with the price, I had to pay 1 hour labor+ VAT, to get my key back, not assesment but an hour labour. They estimated the parts about £200, but I found them at GSF Carparts and Eurocarparts, 82 for both of them. When I’ve challenged them they barely managed to crop an answer. It was my first time there and my last time. So, dear potential customers, be aware!

Such a great garage! Mike, who runs the front desk, was incredibly helpful and did a fantastic job sorting my car out for its MOT. I will definitely be using Elite Tyre & Auto Care in the future thanks to Mike and his outstanding service.
