Pushy salesman, I told him I was only employed for 3 weeks and wasn't looking to buy for a month or So, and he tried making me apply for finance that day. Also offered me $3000 less for my trade in compared to other holden dealerships and toyota dealerships. And service staff  were unhelpful and somewhat rude. I booked my car in for a basic service, picked up my car to see the service book had not been stamped, I returned to get it stamped and he said "you only got a basic service", but last time I checked a service was a service, and he refused to sign my book until I got angry and told him the only reason I get my car serviced at the dealership is for the log book stamp, because I am more than capable of servicing my own car. I will not be returning here for anymore services or to purchase a car, Melton Holden seem like a much better option and have heard great things from friends.

Sv6 ve timing chain issues.. absolutely disappointed.. don't ever buy a ve sv6 wagon. Also I took my new car once to Holden for a service thinking I doing the right thing only to come home and find oil all over my garage.. oil filter was not even screwed on. Imagine if I went for a decent drive!

Visited the showroom one day after work as sales person assisted with me on the phone and said can beat the price i got given by $200, saw the car i was after and went for a test drive, waiting at salesman desk for him to work out a price "chineese whispers" everywhere in the back ground from colleagues not happy etc etc, manager Paul walks around like he is better then everyone else and to be honest doesnt look trust worthy, came up with a happy price and advised i would be back once ive spoke to banks, came back that same week ready to make a deal and rocked up to showroom with a flat tyre on work ute, went dead flat whilst parked at Sunbury Holden, i asked if someone can assist in changing it, no one could change it for me, it was 4:30 and they close at 6, i understand pushing the time but im about to purchase a new car id love some assistance too, never mind got the price i was after and asked if they can throw me in a merchandise Holden shirt, manager spoke to me in a loud serious tone, by this time it was 5:30, i advised him your going to loose a sale over a shirt and your salesman hasnt made a sale all day!!!! His reply was yes, i walked out with my head high, back to my ute with a flat tyre and drove over the road changing the tyre. Sunbury Holden go Jam it.....

My partner and I travel to Sunbury Holden from Melton to have our Colorado serviced as the staff are so friendly and very professional in their manner.
