We had a 40,000k service. Rob was very professional and helpful.  I was on a time constraint with my booking but as promised he was earlier than required. he rang me to advise additional work had to be done explaining what that was and to get my ok. I was v very happy the courtesy.

Old owners were great, very ordinary since changing owners. Asked for a quote 3 or 4 times to get my lifters done. Rang up a few weeks later and he couldn’t even remember. Considering I’ve been talking my car there for over 10 years it’s not good enough. Found someone else to look after my vehicles.
