Rebecca and Kylie have been wonderful to deal with. Our laundry is always on time, good value and they go above and beyond where needed.
Won’t use them again. Good quality items disappear and take 6 weeks only to come back ruined. Never use them! Absolutely disgraceful.

Don't ever use this place as a Parcelpoint drop-off as still no tracking 2 days after drop-off! They didn't seem to have a clue what to do with the parcel handed across the counter and on the tracking number provided for EBay/Parcelpoint, the drop off at eLaundry is not even logged. A bunch of total incompetents!!!!! Parcelpoint useless as well in trying to get assistance.
Appalling service and overpricing. Took two weeks for a simple dress dry clean and charged $63.70, should have been $30 and offered no explanation. Will never use or recommend this place again.
Very poor customer service. Walked in to pick up my item and greated the lady at the counter with a smile and "hello" to which I was met with a barking order, thrown in the direction of the back door, for the counter server to come and assist me. No smile, no hello, no "someone will be with you in a moment". Not sure if this is how they treat all their clients but I won't be returning based on the way they treat their staff and customers. Very rude.
Staff don't know about dry cleaning, pointing out that they don't do the cleaning at elaundry. Not dry cleaner only agents. Don't do same day laundry or even overnight as advertised.
I get my shirts washed here regularly, always great service!
Elaundry's customers are number one and they work very hard to make sure their customers are happy.
