Amazing food and atmosphere,  well worth the trip from out of town.  If u want a great place to eat with amazing presentation and quality I recommend.  Best burger I have ever had and the service was super quick.  I recommend the Kranskys. Affordable for the quality 10/10

Had the Ekim Original and the Esther. While this place was really hyped for us, we were not very impressed. The Ekim lacked in flavour and salt, though at least it still had a smokey flavour. The Esther was better, because of the beetroot relish which gave it some nice sweetness. Both burgers had very soft buns which tend to disintegrate, but on the plus side, the cheese had a very nice melt and pull.  The fries were very good tho and the waiting time was short! Unfortunately, they don’t sell alcohol.  It was worth to try it out, but not interested in seconds.

Perfect for affordable and casual dining. Had the Mom burger which had a spicy chickpea patty. The bun did get very soggy though. I'd recommend seeing if they could toast them. But overall was a great place.

The best burger in town with a rugged setup with broken chairs, tables and whatever old things they could get.  Just design it, spray paint them and hola, the ambience looks great.  Must have their beef burgers which are really meaty and my friend liked the chicken one too.  They don’t have combos but they have drinks and fries.

Really like this place. Good prices for the burgers you get. Super tastey. Then venue is pretty vibey as well. I got a Beefy Pete. At the time of the review 24/12/2022, the price is $11 so pretty good. I've attached a picture of the menu from today's date, so go hard!Food: 5/5

Ekim Burger easily has the best burgers in Wellington the taste and different varieties are delicious each burger is different and great in it's own way. If your in Wellington you must try this place

Amazing quality burgers and great quantity too match! Super affordable and even more filling for the price, the feeling of Ekim is very chill/unique with good service and music to help make your experience worth while.

Fairly priced and great burgers. A truly post apocalyptic vibe, the kinda place you listen to a phoebe bridgers album at, you know the one, punisher? … anyways, I recommend!

Cool trendy place to meet up with friends. Amazing delicious burgers! Very reasonably priced. Juicy beef patty and generous serves. Fries were crunchy and tasty. Had squid rings as well which were yum as well. Help yourself to sauces. Dont expect anything fancy, the food is defo the highlight.Food: 5/5

Great burgers for a good price and such lovely staff. Their burgers have been a favourite since before moving to Welly a few years ago. I always recommend them
