Staff was lovely and friendly considering they were super busy when we walked in! The waffle was amazing hot and fresh plus the ice cream was well worth the price!! Massive serving that tasted amazing. Will 100% be going back

Food was so good, ice cream and waffles were the best. Staff were very friendly. Definitely would go again. Recommend to everyone.

Ordered a waffle and bubble tea from the Mt Albert store, both items were extremely underwhelming. The bubble tea was the worst I’ve ever had. The store itself wasn’t very nice either, the tables were sticky and the decor was a confused mess. Dietary restrictions: No dairy free options for milky bubble tea

Awesome dessert and icecream cafe, that makes sweet treats that are a bit different. Cafe is nicely decorated and staff were nice. Near a busy intersection, but there is parking right behind the line of shops.

I went around 7:30 pm on a regular weekday. It's very disappointing to see that the staff didn't even care for me as a customer . No greetings whatsoever, she didn't even asked me for my order. I had to repeatedly tell her what I wanted , not cool. Three rating is just for the ICE- Cream that I ordered. Mango ice cream with caramel Sauce. That was amazing . But I am not sure if i am gonna go back due to the behavior

Best ice cream I have ever ate ! ! ! Very special, the place is lovely and an excellent place for some friends.

The dessert was great. Just that everything else was sticky, tables, chairs, menu ice cream stains, spoons. Would go back but prob get takeaway.

Good food with a variety of choices The decor feels a bit tired but the food makes up for it.
