Extraordinarily disappointed with Egg Unlimited. Ordered their deluxe lunch box for an office farewell lunch. Specified that one of these boxes would need to be nut free. Boxes were delivered. No nut free box and no offer of being refunded the cost. Despite this, we gave them another shot. Again requested a nut free box which was once again not adhered to. Upon calling the company to complain, Julie informed me that we would receive a full refund for the inconvenience. Refund was meant to be processed on the 5th of February (having already waited 2 weeks!) and I am still chasing up the funds. If you are considering ordering from Egg Unlimited and have food intolerance, I would strongly suggest you order else where as they obviously do not cater for food intolerances.
