Brought my first car here, not only was it my birthday but it was my first car I saved up hard for, for it to only a week later completely stop working. Couldn’t drive it nor start it, mechanics told me the whole engine was broken so I had to cop out 4K for a new engine. They sold it to me knowing the engine was broken. Wouldn’t recommend this bussniess to anyone. They trick you and stupid enough I got tricked as it was my first car and I didn’t have enough knowledge to realise the red flags.

I recently purchased a car from this Business and I was very happy with the customer service I received. I am very happy with my car and would recommend this business to my family and friends. Communication was great and I even got to pick up on my actual birthday! Very satisfied.

Was ontime which is good very friendly however didn't give the money they said they would so dont expect to get what they offer on the phone, they will haggle with you on the day aswell so leave room in your negotiation. If they did I would give 5 stars but didn't do what they said they would so 3 stars.

Helpful, informative, top notch service even after sale. My car had a computer issue that couldn't be detected after sale, Franco and the team at EFM Motors organised to have it fixed and back on the road, going above and beyond. Efm are a wonderful car yard and i would recommend them to anyone. I have brought 2 cars from there. The most recent one was for my daughters first car. The car has had a couple of issues but with no problems at all franco the owner of the car yard dealt with it straight away. They went above and beyond service from the minute we walked in the car yard. Thank you franco from taylor and myself.
