I just had a free measure and quote for four windows. The whole process took two and a half hours. I did enjoy some parts where they educated us about their windows and I don’t doubt they have a good quality product but I hated their sales tactics. 

Everything seemed rehersed. When it came down to a final figure the sales rep decided to start by taking a stab in the dark at what they thought it would come to. They guessed $25k. Of course when they put it through the computer it came out to 15k. A good result the rep told us. Then they told us in a months time prices of materials were going up and the price wouldn’t stay at that for long. Lastly they offered us a discount of 2k if we signed today but that if we didn’t sign that was gone. 

Just before they left I gave feedback saying that It would have helped if we knew before the quote that we were going to be offered a tonight only deal so that my wife and I could have discussed before the meeting how much we were willing to spend in more detail, they compared the deal to a 30% sale at the local shopping mall that you only find out about on the day. 

Really? The most I’ve ever spent at one of those sales is $500 and you are comparing it to signing up to a 13-15k deal. Chalk and cheese.

By the end of the process I was fed up with it all.

I recently saw this company at the Melbourne home show. I arranged for someone to come out to my home to give me a quote. They rang mid week to confirm appointment and asked if my wife will be home and I said no she’s working. So they said we don’t normally come out if both partners aren’t home. So the salesman happened to be sick on the day of my appointment and they rebooked for following week. That then came around and I had another confirmation call to which I said my wife won’t be there again and I was told they wouldn’t come out to quote me. I said what if I was single and not married, would you not quote me and she said yes but I know you’re married so we won’t come out. 
This is an outrage. What a joke of a company. Using old English car sales techniques to get a bullied answer on the day to “close the sale”. What a disgrace of a company.

Great experience with this company! Got absolutely everything I needed fixed/upgraded in the home with no complications. Also had a great chat with your installers, such nice people!

Absolutely stunned by our new windows and absolutely amazed by how easy they made it look installing them. Can only say how happy i was with  everything. 

I am very familiar with UPVC from Europe but i would have to say these are very very impressive, can't say they were cheap but I'd rather do this job once and i am feeling very confident about my decisions to choose Ecostar

Definitely worth the money, I've barely had to use my heater. I live in the country where it gets super cold in the morning with frost most mornings. So was worth my time and money for sure!
