I am so disappointed with your service this time, from start to finish. One mistake after another and one delay after another. The incompetence of Nita knew no bounds and when finally I thought I was done and moving on, was casually presented with another bill for $517.00 dollars for two stone cut outs that had been left off the now fully paid for kitchen, with absolutely no responsibility taken or solution offered. I remain waiting for three doors, one was badly damaged at delivery and the other two just a mere 240 mm too short. Their installer, Matt, was fantastic as was the stone company themselves, and perhaps kitchen shack, as far as quality for price goes, was on par with others, but when your up front person gets so many things wrong, it doesn't leave a good impression. Sadly, because of my experience and their complete lack of willingness to resolve issues, I would hesitate to recommend kitchen shack, even after using them before without any issues.

They were very helpful and came up with extra ideas in design we hadn't thought about.I would highly recommend them.

Karen and the team at Kitchen Shack have created a fantastic quality product for an excellent price. Service provided was fantastic and the kitchen was delivered within the time frame given to us. Karen then referred us to their installer Marc who did a fantastic job even working late into the night to get the job all finished to out satisfaction. Highly recommended and would have no hesitation to use again

The team at Kitchen shack did and amazing job on my new kitchen. Karen was so helpful when helping design my new kitchen, she even suggested things I didn't even think about which make so much sense! I was referred on to their installer Matt who was punctual and had the Kicthen installed in half a day. The best bit was the price, the kitchen is of high quality and a great low price, I paid less than I was expecting! Overall fantastic job by Kitchen shack, I would recommend them to anyone!!

As a first time home owner, first time renovator, and first time kitchen enthusiast, I was recommended the Kitchen Shack by a friend and they proved to be an honestly great experience. They helped me organise the full kitchen upgrade from start to finish, with a price that couldn't be beaten! They have stylish and functional hardware, a great kitchen designer who works with you on site, and networks with great trades people for every stage. My full kitchen from design to completed installation only cost me $6000! The Kitchen Shack Kilsyth - VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
