The quality of the kitchen units and workmen are of the highest you can get. You may pay a little more but the result is stress free and a superb result. It takes time, but that is to produce a 5 star result.
We were looking for a contemporary and unique kitchen. The team at Ascot Bespoke Kitchens worked with us to give us the kitchen of our dreams. The design team were responsive to our ideas - able and willing to make changes and adaptations as they were working. Despite working during the COVID pandemic and over Christmas, the fitting team were professional, hardworking and safe. Most importantly, they turned up when they said they would and made us feel valued as customers. The final result is very well made; expertly assembled and stunning. We are very pleased with the result. Everyone is blown away by by our kitchen, which is admired by friends and family of all ages. Great service, I cannot recommend ABK highly enough.
From start to finish the whole process of my kitchen design & completed kitchen has been made effortless thanks to ABK. I am constantly amazed at how having extra cupboards has made my kitchen so much larger. Would highly recommend.
We just wanted to say a big thank you to the lovely Ascot Kitchen team. From start to finish we were looked after so well. From advising us on the best ways to maximise space to installing the kitchen and utility room of our dreams. No pushy sales techniques, no overselling just great customer service from a professional and friendly company. Nearly two years on and we still love our kitchen and the bespoke coat cupboard they also designed and fitted in our hallway is perfect too. Best wishes to you all, Kerrie and Dave Yazdani
Appalling company, avoid at all costs. Charges high prices but does not deliver the care or quality expected of a bespoke kitchen company and if something goes wrong they become defensive and rude. Damaged appliances fitted, under cupboard lights taped on, kick boards not fitted... leaking sink pipework, cupboards left uncleaned after installation, plinth lights not fitted... the list goes on. They even cut my granite worktop wrong and installed the sink in the wrong place, after I had told them the template was wrong. I got an independent bespoke kitchen fitter to inspect the work and they produced a 20-page report on the defects and shoddy workmanship. Ascot Bespoke Kitchens would not work with us on the defects and became nasty, trying to walk away with unfitted doors to force us to pay the final 10% payment which was only due on completion.
Thank you for our fabulous, absolutely perfect, new kitchen. Great company to deal with, the whole team has been totally professional throughout our demanding project. Any slight issues were handled without question. The fitter Mark had an incredible eye for detail and a pleasure to work with. Thank you once again, we will recommend to anyone. Ps. No tilling yet, will send more pictures when finished.
We have used Ascot Kitchens 3 times. Latest installation was my beautiful Island. Every time service from concept of ideas being translated into bespoke units has been first class. Quality of units and appliances top class. Fitters great, efficient, with no mess left.
Brilliant service from start to finish. Ian was spot on with all the appliances and didn’t try to sell us the most expensive. The finished kitchen were exactly as the plan showed. Shown before and after picture. Would certainly recommend
Ascot Bespoke Kitchens have just refurbished our kitchen which included fitting new worktops, hob and sink. The job included removing and refitting a large glazed high level unit. The standard of workmanship and the competent hard working attitude of the fitters was excellent. Highly recommended.
