EB Games is a delightful shop to go to, the staff are kind and super friendly and although they may be very busy they will always try to help in any way shape or form. The games sold at EB Games have very reasonable prices and large stocks of games and consoles.

Unprofessional & sub-par customer services. Had some games on hold for a specific day but was mixed up and were returned back to the sales shelf and one was SOLD. It causes major issues, problems and inconvenience. Please improve and prevent it from happening ever again. Also be more skilled in your customer services. Thanks! Update Mon 29/05/17 Service has continued flaws but they still do there main job correctly. I do not want to detail why cos of more emphasis on them. Keep up the great work!

This is a great store! The staff are always super friendly and helpful when I come in here. Went a far as calling head office to get some explanation as to why a certain item wasn't available to EB was happening as they couldn't get any answers any other sources. Professional and helpful - what you want in a games store.
