Customer Alert – Parking Policy Concerns at Easy T CentrennDear [Property Manager's Name],nnI hope this message finds you well.nnI am writing to formally raise concern regarding the parking management practices currently being enforced at the Easy T Centre, 514 Christine Avenue, Robina.nnIt has come to our attention that customers visiting the centre are being fined by Only Park Management if they exceed a combined total of four hours in one day across multiple visits. Unfortunately, there is in adequate signage informing patrons that they are only entitled to a single visit per day, and that any cumulative time beyond four hours across multiple visits will incur a penalty.nnThis approach is not only unclear but also incredibly discouraging for shoppers and businesses alike. It gives the impression that customers are being penalised for supporting the businesses within the centre. We strongly urge management to take immediate steps to review this policy and consider the following:nnInstall clearer signage warning of the “one visit per day” rule and cumulative time penaltiesnnConsider revising this rule to better support retail foot traffic and business prosperitynnEngage with Only Park to ensure the parking policy aligns with a customer-friendly experiencennThis current system is, quite frankly, disgraceful and counterintuitive to encouraging ongoing patronage at the Easy T Centre.nnWe respectfully ask that this matter be addressed with urgency and transparency to avoid further negative experiences for your valued customers.

Worst carpark! People driving in & out extremely reckless, disobeying giveway signs constantly, or not realising there is a giveway sign there at the exit, taking an extremely reckless right turn at the exit, near flannerys, barber & hairdresser. Cars travelling straight ahead to the units, docs, dry cleaners etc, are nearly wiped out mostly when coming in. No other way to get in really. Please see the very important giveway sign, be careful & give way.

great open shopping centre with just about everything U need.   No Coles or Woolies but the IGA is big & Flannery's is well stocked.

Great place, good for qich shopping with lots of car spaces.

The toilets here are so disgusting why are they so bad? Something needs to be done it’s a serious health hazard.
