My experience of RACV Eastland Store was absolutely terrible! It has been closed for months! I had to go all the way to the Knox store. Why are you asking me this? You should know which of your own stores have closed!

Only two staff members working who were both serving sit down customers, needed help with a quick enquiry which was buying a handbook. Was not able to get any help at all. Surprised as I usually get very good service from RAC

Bad Customer Service, the lady was so angry at me, don’t even let me speak . Totally unnecessary

They have closed the store.
