The latest upgrade to Medibank's new online member services/webpage does not work. The page does not allow me to log-in, it says to try later or it does not recognise my log-in details, which I have been using for many years without issue.  Can someone please ensure the recent upgrade has been installed properly without the obvious bugs.  I make all my extra's claims on-line and something that should take a minute, is now a frustrating exercise of trying to simply log-in.  I should not have to visit a MP store to make a simple extra's claim.  Not good enough.
