Dundas Coastal Real Estate is a recent culmination of Dundas Real Estate, established in 1995 and Coastal Real Estate, established in 1998. Michael and Sonja Goldby first purchased Dundas Real Estate in 2010 and, after consistently showing strong growth, purchased Coastal Real Estate in late 2011, merging the two agencies into one. Dundas Coastal Real Estate is documented as being the leading real estate agency in the city of Portland when comparing the level of sales to other local Agencies.
