Great spot to take the kids for an overnight hike. Very short walk to get there (just under 2 Km) but entertaining.

New shelter installed and good flat spots for the tent. Fire pit with benches are great.

Easy to access, quiet, tranquil spot. Shelter, picnic table and tanks are great. Only slight downside is surface is (currently at least) rocky dirt
