Had a benign little lump cut off my eye lid. Justin was very knowledgeable, gentle and provided me with helpful information. The procedure was so quick and pretty much pain free. I had a left tear duct block and was so afraid of DCR that I kept neglecting this unless I had a real bad infection that turned to a cyst. I was referred to Dr. Friebel by my ophthalmologist. Though initially I was scared but the moment he took us in and explained my situation I knew I had to undergo the surgery and was confident to go ahead with it . Thank you Dr. Friebel. You have been amazing! I had read so many horror stories about this surgery and recovery but mine had been smooth without any pain or post operative complications.  You are not just a doctor but your caring and understanding nature helped  me immensely to relax and get over my fear before getting inside the Procedure Room. Thanks again!
