Dr Chris Hem has been very professional and educational in guiding me through the process when I was looking for good advice for my daughter's teeth bracing procedure. There are different methods and costs out there, that one has no ideas how to go about it.  He not only thorough in explaining the pros and cons, he took his time and honest about the cost.  We took his advice and proceed with the braces. The experience 4 months in has been fantastic for my daughter and us, with great progress.  Highly recommend Dr Chris for anyone who looking to have their dental care look after in a professional and caring way. Also like to thank his lovely dental nurse Serena. She is so friendly, and professional.

Chris Hem is not only a good dentist but a ‘good bloke. ‘ Recently I had a couple of teeth filled & he suggested that if I had anything that I felt needed attention I should drop back. I did that & he promptly & effectively attended to my concern. “Full marks” Chris &  also to Serena who was very caring, going the “second mile” in helping me with my mobility limitation. Many thanks to you both.

Chris is a great dentist, patiently explained what treatment is urgently needed, gave options and advices. He answered questions thoroughly and didn't make me feel that I have asked the wrong questions unlike my previous dentist. Serena is also very caring and gentle. I'm blessed to be referred to your clinic, Chris. Highly recommended!

Chris and Serena have been our family dentist for more than 20 years. Chris is fantastic with adults and children alike. Definitely the dentist all should see if they are a bit nervous.

A friend of mine recommended me to this dentist awhile back and from the minute I walked into the clinic I knew they were spot on. Serena and Chris are super friendly and caring. They now take care of all my family members including my little ones who aren't scared at all!

Dr Hem is a very skilful and caring dentist whom I would highly recommend. He, Serena and Enza are an excellent team. They always help to make me feel comfortable and confident that I will be well looked after.

Have known Chris for many years, I would not go anywhere else.  To be able to have trust in someone who delivers such a wonderful service is a great thing to have.
