Nothing wrong with my car before I took it in for a routine service - got the car back with a noise coming from the rear right wheel and an ABS fault light indicator on the dash. When I took the car back to ask them to look at what might be the cause, the mechanic manually cleared the dash fault and suggested the noise was "nothing to worry about" and to "maybe bring it back if the light comes back on". He didn't so much as take the car for a drive, nor put it on the hoist. Poor, poor service. Turns out my wheel bearings came loose which then caused the ABS fault indicator to come on. My new mechanic was able to diagnose this over the phone, later confirming it when looking at the vehicle. My car's differential snapped and the car smoked then skidded to a stop (DPM blamed the weight of my load in the back). I contacted Ford and they informed me the car was rated to carry a 500kg load in the boot. I then weighed my tools and they came in at under 200kg. After the incident I was told that they would take (some) responsibility, and that they would offer to cover half of the $2000 repair cost. With the stress and time it took with entire matter, I reluctantly accepted the offer a few days later, to which I was then told that the offer was off the table and I'd have to take it up with VCAT if there was any desire to take it further. STRONGLY SUGGEST TO AVOID THIS MECHANIC.

I broke down just past the tunnel. After a bit of trouble I got my car here. It was sorted within two day which included freight of the parts. It turned a major headache into a quick solution.

The DPM team provided me with impeccable customer service. They explained the repairs in way that was easy for me to understand. All staff were very approachable, respectful and courteous whenever I had any questions. They made the safety of my car their priority, finished the work on time, and to a high standard. I am very grateful :-)
