Dr Ben is the best Dr I've ever been to. He's caring and takes great care of my mental health and pain needs. Ben is also is the only Dr that my son he has ADHD with ASD characteristics will chat to openly to as his favourite Dr cares. The ladies in reception in Oakey make for an easier visit, especially when I'm not feeling great. From Pam
Ochre Medical Kingsthorpe has the “BEST DOCTOR EVER” in Dr Mackenzie Wilson. Dr Wilson is outstanding.... Dr Wilson is kind and caring. The Medical Reception staff are wonderful and pleasant... A “5” STAR RATING from me.
I have tried to write a comment several times trying to explain how highly I think of this medical practice but words are not enough. I have three children on the spectrum and as you can imagine, have had some unfortunate interactions with some places. NOT ONE SINGLE TIME have I felt judged. ALL the staff have been welcoming, inviting and understanding. And to top it all off, my doctor is amazing!
Dr Andrew Fahim Just treated me like royalty. He did my consultation outside. Nothing was a problem for him. It was a pleasant experience for me as I get nervous about going to the doctor.
Kay the receptionist was welcoming and professional and my doctor was very patient with me, not rushed or hurried. A great appointment.
Dr Webb is a fantastic doctor , its a shame it takes on average, 5 weeks to get an appointment every time, Ive had to change practices to get the medical treatment needed.
Lovely reception staff, Kaye I think her name was. My doctor Dr Pam Turnock OAM Is amazing, and could not recommend enough.
Seems to run on time which is a big plus!! Staff are friendly, clean modern practice. Wished it had a coffee machine in the waiting room
Dr Fahim was very easy going and a lovely experience all around.
