Ummm love the look... I’m sitting here writing this on a quiet Wednesday night 9:15pm...service seriously took over 5-7mins to wait for a beer, four staff on and no one waiting with us. Lady off the coffee machine was so so about ya spending money... and FYI on the beer glasses, both of ours have chips out of the top.. not a great experience for my favourite beer, Macs.

Calamari are really good and food came quick. Place your order and pay at the counter, then get your number and wait to be served. Pricey as every single bar at an airport.

Very disappointing breakfast “Nz’s farmers breakfast” Be abit more specific with what toast you get, eggs were hard and cold, 2 small venison sausages. With the $19.50 price tag you’d think you’d be able to get hollindase sauce with it. Definitely disappointed

Unfortunately Down Under missed the bar on this occasion. Stood in line for 30 minutes waiting for service, food came to the table scattered and slowly, and it appears the staff were outsourced to the neighbouring KFC (they were wearing the KFC uniform). Service was very average, when the manager checked to see how our table was going her comment was "Oh you were just served so in the grand scheme of things you're way down the line". She was running coffees out - not something a manager should have to do if the staff were on form. For this visit, one star is generous.

Nice place for coffee or tea. Service was good. Didn't try the food.
