I just wanted to thank the young people working at Donut King Noosaville on the 22/11/2017 for their excellent customer service. I was having a terrible day and it got considerably worse when I managed to drop the largest coffee I could buy all over the place, it took out 3 chairs a table and the floor. They were so good about it, sorted the whole mess out and even replaced the coffee free of charge, refusing to accept payment when I offered. Thanks so much. Job well done and a great coffee in the end.
One of the coolest places in the civic, with amazing customer service and always playing good music with a vibe. Definitely going to continue to buy coffee there as they always tend to make it the best.
I ordered a decaf coffee and got a caffeinated coffee. Being caffeine sensitive this becomes a significant issue for me with the symptoms I am now experiencing. You need to pay particular attention to delivering the correct order.
Worst customer service ever!! Was completely ignored for at least ten minutes. The guy was too busy drawing a love heart on the coffee for another employee in the centre. I even said hello after five minutes and was barely acknowledged. He then started to wash up and wipe away fake crumbs and he continued to ignore me. He then watched me as I walked away. Will never return or give my money to these people!

Very friendly people at Donut King at Noosa Civic. When they have them I buy 6 chocolate iced donuts for $10.50. Love 'em!
Taylor and staff except 1 are absolutely fabulous! Great coffee, lots of cinnamon and great milkshakes & thick shakes!
We have been supporting the boys since they were started, friendly but make me feel like a freak,hide behind and watch me while I have coffee and doughnuts, call coworkers aver and laugh at me
