Pizzas shrink by the day,no topping and false advertising. You cannot get 3 pizzas delivered for 38.95 as it is actually 45.70 with the new rip off delivery charge. Highly recommend pizza hut nearby. Domino's will go under now the 5 buck spew pizzas are no longer Will make people go elsewhere and actually try decent pizza and never go back.
I just went to pick up an order on Saturday night 14/1 and while I was waiting outside and a worker he was making the pizzas with dark hair and glasses stormed out from behind the back and slammed the front door which almost hit a customer. Everyone that saw was gobsmacked. This could have actually hurt someone as it’s a heavy door and the person waiting had his back to the door. Poor form dude.
Worse ever pizza. Paid for loaded pepperoni and godfather. Neither side had enough topping. Very scant. When we complained they couldn’t see there was a problem. We walked out and left the pizza. Won’t ever return. Went to the competition where they did serve anchovies
I’ve ordered the pizza, and it came undercooked. The dough was still soft in the middle so I had to cook it myself. They charge $30 for that! I think it’s too much for the quality. Very disappointed
It’s a lava cake , where’s the lava??? Over cooked and non” goo, so disappointing..
The 1 star was only given as the pizza when we eventually got it was decent enough. I don't expect much from fast food stores however when I place an order to be delivered two hours ahead of time I expect that the delivery would be somewhat on time. Our order appeared to be forgotten about. Customer service was deplorable. I was told after our pizza had not arrived that it would be 20 minutes max from arrival. An hour later I was again told that they'd look into it and was put on hold for 10 minutes before giving up and trying again multiple times to get through however just put straight on hold. As the order wasn't a small one and we were entertaining guests I drove down to try sort it out myself. The pizza had not even begun to cook so it was yet another 15 minute wait in store. While waiting in store I observed the staff member on the front desk whining about phone calls and purposely ignoring them, not professional whatsoever. The manager would not refund my order and decided to just give 5 free pizza cards for each of the pizzas ordered.. A very frustrating experience and will look to smaller independent stores for pizza in the future.
Usually pretty good, but tonight it was pretty dreadful. Food was what you would expect, but i pre-ordered for delivery at 6, and they simply forgot about my order. I am certain I would've never received it if I did not call them. So pizza arrived at hour late. Pretty unhappy.
Waited 2 hours for a pizza delivery last night- called atleast a dozen times, first handful of times it would ring out, after that they let it ring twice and then hang up the call; drove down there and it took them 5 minutes to find the order, was given a free pizza card but doesn't really cut it. Whilst I was there another guy came in with the exact same problem.
Just had a loaded supreme pizza. Revolting. The amount of topping was so sparse it could hardly be considered 'loaded'. Mince meat was not within cooee To cap the tasteless disaster off, it was swamped in the capsicum dressing. The whole thing was a waste of money.
