I just moved here and thought I'd treat myself to my favorite takeaway, Chinese food and seen the mostly good reviews for here, but OMG the worst food I've ever had. So bad that I had to throw it out. Not happy about that as I'm a disabled lady who rarely can afford to even buy takeaway, but I went without other stuff to get the Chinese. Not only did I not get a meal but I am out $30. I'm worried about trying anymore Chinese restaurants as I can't afford to buy it each time and hope I get lucky. I know everyone has their own taste, but I'm very disappointed with this one . Does anyone know where to get good chicken chow mien. I never found a good Chinese restaurant in my last area. If you can recommend a good Chinese restaurant in Bray Park or I'll happily travel if I find a good one. My sister says that the one in baines street Margate is good. Never been so upset with food that I was eager to get.
Lots of flavor, a lot less oily than other Chinese takeaway, generous servings, would have given 5 star except the fried rice was a bit closer to steamed rice and wasnt up to scratch with the rest of the food. We ordered chicken and cashew, beef and blackbean and honey chicken. Overall, beautiful food, will definitely be going back there.
NO MSG! Fresh, Tasty Chinese Takeaway, the way it used to be, the way is should still be. I drive 20 minutes each way to get my order, past a few restaurants in Strathpine where MSG is served in every meal.
The most delicious Chinese food I have ever eaten. My family always orders from them.
Its a shame they are not open more days. Try the Brased Chicken in Curry Sauce. Its a family favourite!!
Great food both times I have been and friendly service. Great to see a place that doesn't add MSG!
