Sent a email with a offer with free delivery, no option at the end for the the free garlic bread and drink so I rang them. Person was rude and stated that the offer I received didn't include the items. I offered to send them a picture of the offer and quoted the code. Still argued with me. Cancelled the order and never again will I bother with this store. Every other Domino's has been good so far but this one I wouldn't waste my time again!
I should have read the reviews first. I used to enjoy Dominos but these pizzas were horrible! Hardly any topping, small, dry and tasteless... one even had a complimentary hair in it! Some of our order was also missing. I called the store to ask for my money back, which was given, but absolutely no offer of apology for our poor experience. I would avoid this place at all costs.
Tonight 4th May 2018 I placed an order online for pickup from the Springwood NSW store. I submitted the order at 1700 for a 1900 pickup as I was going to be going through town about then due to driving home with my children. When I arrived at the store approx 1905 I was astonished and severely disappointed to find that not only was my order not ready, but the staff hadn't even started to make the order. We myself and my 3 children then waited another 50 mins before the order was ready. During that time I spoke with a few other customers and found that they too had been waiting excessively long times for their orders. I am beyond disappointed with the service I received tonight. It wouldn't have been hard or time consuming for one of the many staff to call and say they were running behind, although, had they done so I would've cancelled my order due to the excessive wait time. And to top it all off, I had to argue with the manager to be compensated for this major inconvenience and colossal waste of time. Unfortunately this is not the first time I have had poor service from this store, and others. And on another note, I see the quality of pizza's diminishing rapidly. They are getting smaller with less toppings and the price just keeps escalating. Might be time to reevaluate your business model. Tom One disappointed customer.
Tonight ordered two pizzas and told it would be a twenty minute wait. Came back within that time and watched the place fill with people and some of those were not sure if their orders had been received online. Half an hour after we'd ordered, still no pizzas. We were told to pay when we picked up, and son said "Let's go!" We had to ask where the two pizzas were and the search was on for them. They'd only taken an order for one, and not the second!! How hard is it to take an order? This is the second time we've had problems with this place. There will not be a third time!
It's pretty poor that there staff don't now the difference from thin pan and thick. Ordered two thick pan pizza over the counter and the girl repeated it back twice. To discover when I got home two thin pan pizzas. Unbelievable Dominos! Maybe have people who can understand English when doing front counter customer service.
1st visit: the idiot behind the counter couldn't handle a basic call from a customer and seemed easily confused. Ended up waiting 20 mins just to be served we were the only ones in there mind you 2nd visit: they had burnt half the pizza 3rd visit delivery: took then 1.5 hours and we live just a 5 min drive away. One pizza just had sauce no toppings, the other had a different sauce than supposed to and no meat. Will never EVER order from this Dominos again!
I don't think the Asian guy who works here cares about the new dominos pizza robot because he's always stingy with ingredients. Don't buy extra pepperoni for $2 because you won't get it. Ordered a pizza with added mushroom, pineapple & pepperoni & it literally had 3 pieces of pepperoni, 7 pieces of pineapple & I could only see like 3 bits of mushroom. When you pay $2 for each extra ingredient you expect more. I could buy a pineapple, 5 mushrooms & a 100gs of pepperoni for $6.
Good service. Good pizzas. Conveniently located two minutes deviation from Great Western Highway if you get hungry while that long drive to Katoomba Jenolan Caves or Bilpin. Its a small shop so not really a dine in place however they do have a couple of tables just in case. The pizzas were prepared with all the extras I mentioned which most of the other shops would have missed. Overall a great place for a quick bite.
Turned up with 10 minutes after the order was meant to be complete. Order not complete. We ordered shakes but it took about 20 minutes for this to happen. While waiting, I heard staff take 3 calls from unhappy customers for incorrect orders. Not really what you expect from Domino's...
I had lots of issues trying to make an online order Android/Windows and app/website and had to revert to old-fashioned telephone ordering; however, the food was delivered quickly and was exactly what we ordered, so no complains about the food or the staff. Overall, I would recommend this store.
