Ordered desserts online. Got a phone call from the manager saying they don't have any of the items I ordered. I asked how this can be, and he putt the phone down. I phoned back i said hi. And he put the phone down again. I CALLED MUTIPLE TIMES. Someone else answered saying the manager left. I went to the store. The manager was still there. It's absolutely unacceptable. Money has been deducted from my account. No order received. And this manager is the worst I've ever come across. There have been multiple situations. Enough is enough
Pizza arrived 45mins late.Not cooked properly and seems like driver drops the bag and toppings were on one half and random 2 wedges in one box.This is the worst ever pizzas i had and the garlic bread was totally smashed.Worst service and pizzas.
I brought a 3x pizza and sides last night for our work function and by the time I went home I noticed they made my pizza wrong and gave me a different dessert.nnI paid extra $5-10for new pasta pizza with chicken and it didn't come with any pasta bits.nnSo rang them and said i would be contacted but recieved no response. I also ordered chocolate rolls but recieved a small lava cake indtead without warning.nWe are all very disappointed at the service and won't be ordering here again
Ordered via Uber eats, says it was on its way, called the store and they said oh an hour and a half. Rude manager. Canceled the order. Yet to get a refund.
App implied my pizza had been delivered and asked me to rate it. This sent my husband into panic mode, after half dozen attempts of calling and being disconnected I finally got through and asked to speak to the manager, only to hear him say to the lady answering the phone that he wasn't there! Unbelievable!! The pizza finally arrived at least 40 minutes later than it's confirmed delivery time. I thought the whole context of delivery is for the experience to be a stress free treat, won't be ordering from this bunch of wombles any time soon.
