I ordered from the mobile website app, pretty straight forward easy to use also provides great deals, pizza was made on time, got to the Outlet it was clean, prompt customer service with a smile, pizza was hot and delicious, tasty garlic bread, only one thing needs attention was the cutting of the slices

Dreadful service from Louise who is incredibly rude and doesn't care that I have 8 starving girls waiting for pizza that is now 1 hour late and was ordered 24 hours ago! The pizza tracker is showing a time that expired 10 minutes ago even after I refresh the page.  Don't bother with these guys on a Friday night if you're hungry! I was repeatedly lied to about the progress of my order and when I went down there to see what was going on found utter chaos in the kitchen. If you can't cope with the volume of orders stop taking people's money and manage their expectations!

We had some great pizzas from Domino's St Heliers the other night, the Mr Wedge pizza was easily my favorite and you can't go wrong with the double cheeseburger pizza. The chicken kickers were hot and fresh plus everything arrived within 20minutes of placing our order.  James Ashwin Kakapo Business

Unfortunately our 3x pizza we ordered was over cooked, needs more cheese & toppings..

Just called about 5 - 10 mins ago for confirmation on if you guys were still open before I placed my order online. The guy who answered the phone had, possibly the best customer service I'd ever come across. Was helpful and not pushy like most people are on the phone. Let's just hope the pizzas are just as nice.

Very disappointed.  Chicken bites which was processed rubber, no taste whatsoever. Pepperoni pizza, again no taste with very little cheese and see through pepperoni. Used to love it but wont be going back any time soon

On Thursday 29 April I ordered online for my family's 2 regular traditional pizzas - a Godfather and a Mr Wedge.  I had mostly been very satisfied by this store.  However both pizzas were really undercooked with messy presentation. I ate just 2 slices and couldn't continue.  The other family member managed 3 slices and gave up.  Very disappointing.
