After Pizza Hut bungled my order I contacted the staff only to be confronted with a rude and argumentative female who insisted that the error was at my end Not only was the order 40 minutes late, they completely got it wrong, and despite my best efforts to get them to rectify it I had to give up in the end as they wouldn't budge Whatever happened to the "Customer is always right?" They made no offer to fix their error, and for that reason alone I will never order a pizza from them again, as even if i was in the wrong, the rude, and disrespectful response I got from the staff is totally unprofessional

We called in to make a phone order and the lady, KELLY who answered was so rude. We explained what we wanted like 4 times and she didn't understand. After saying "what" and "i dont know what you sayin" in the rudest way possible, She finally said "ok is that all?" i could tell she just gave up and didnt understand, so i asked her to repeat. She mumbled out some key words that made no sense, so i asked her to repeat it again clearly. (The reason i was being so specific is because i have allergies and also am broke and cant afford a mistake. Plus i was in a rush and didnt want to wait.) she replied with a sassy "i just repeated it too you" in which i replied "sorry i couldnt hear you". She hesitantly repeated it, clearly annoyed. I drove to pick up the pizza, had to wait 5 min (didnt really mind). When going into receive the pizza they messed up my order (honestly kind of expected it) i was frustrated and did not want a random pizza. So i asked them to remake it and had to wait another 20 min. I also asked for a receipt and she said she couldnt give it to me. She said in an unhelpful and smug way "should have asked for it before" In the end the pizza was also mediocre and not up to standard. This pizza is usually delicious and is one of my favourite treats. The costumer service, wait time, and final product had me disappointed. I recommend going anywhere but here

Great, thick pizzas! Amazing value and quick service. Interior could use some renovating though... Pizza is delicious too! However once I ordered a beef and onion pizza with barbecue sauce and found a mushroom in it! I just picked it off the pizza and threw it. Pizza is still delicious however, and I am not denying the fact you should eat here!
