**EXCELLENT SERVICE, ABOVE AND BEYOND TONIGHT!**nnEvery time I step into Richmond Domino's, I'm greeted with warmth and kindness. There's a consistent excellence in service, especially from two male staff members who always make my visits pleasant. I'll admit, I'm a bit of a challenging customer when it comes to ordering—I constantly tweak my pizzas to fit my cravings at the moment and can be quite indecisive . Cheese is my weakness, making it hard to settle on just one thing.nnDespite this, their patience and exceptional customer service never waver. Each visit, I end up adding extras—desserts, drinks, or even another pizza—because of how well they handle my requests.nnTonight, the female and male staff were both great in helping me decide what to order . The male staff member went above and beyond by bringing my order out to my car. It was unexpected but greatly appreciated.nnI rarely leave reviews, but after seeing some of the feedback here, I felt compelled to share my positive experiences. I've ordered from this location over 20 times, both online and in person, and any minor mix-ups were promptly and easily resolved. Keep up the fantastic work, guys! Very tasty BBQ beef streak awsome pizza
Staff could not understand a very simple order of two $7 dollar meal dinners..the 1st one just threw a menu at us and walked off.. the second staff member after a 5 minute wait also could not understand our order..we thought we finally got through what we wanted and asked for payment of $19 ridiculous service won't be back...my background is in hospitality this was at 11.30 hate to turn up on the lunch rush
First order made disconnected, second completed. Arrived to find order not processed. Had to order again. Despite being polite, the staff member was rude to my daughter. Encouraged us to give a negative review. Very disappointed with the blasé way they treat customers. Very poor customer service skills. More training obviously required. Pizza was fine.
Been getting from here every week they have always been amazing and such friendly staff they also deliver really fast I definitely recommend Domino's Richmond for your next pizza
