They throw pizzas together and it shows. Missing or limited ingredients. The St Lucia dominos store is outstanding. I’ll try Kallangur next and see what it’s quality is like.
Absolutely amazing service from Josh tonight. Please make sure this is passed on to him. We went to pick up our online order up and part of order was not ready or missed [not 100% what happened] . He told us straight away what had happened and got to making the last of the order. Offering sides and continued to apologise for the delay. It was only 7 minutes so there was no stress at all. Please thank him for us for being so kind honest and efficient.
Ordered pizza at 6.38pm online for delivery and estimated time to receive my pizza was at 7.13pm..had spent $5 extra on added topping and thankfully beef topping was ok with extra added cost but I had 3 pieces of capsicum for cost of $1.50 and to top it up delivery arrived at 7.53pm.. 40mins late. You guys and girls need to keep up with when it gets busy and plan your staff accordingly.. find capsicum challenge look at the pic of my pizza. See how many pieces of capsicum you can find for cost of $1.50
Put some chilli sauce on and about to enjoy the pizza. But opps it’s not cut, what the best way to eat this whole pizza??
Not impressed. Unfortunately the whole experience was disappointing. From walking in store to order but being told I had to order online with my voucher. To choosing car park delivery due to having kids in the car. To being forgotten when the order came through & having to go inside & ask for it. Finally the pizza quality* was not great either. *compared to Dominoes MURRUMBA DOWNS where I have ordered over the last year.
In an effort to save money the thin and crispy has now become thin and soggy the pizza itself tasted good wbut made such a mess that it was barely worth the effort
One of the best dominos, would recommend. Only thing to note is that sometimes there is no sauce on my peri peri chicken pizza…not the same without guys.
Had my order delivered and to be honest they did forget the topping sauce on my pizza, I called up and spoke to Ethan who was very profetional and handled everything with excellet customer service. The remake was quick and the driver was friendly and applogetic at the door. Will order from them again, good customer service will always keep me coming back.
Everytime they deliver medium pizzas instead of large “by mistake”. Happened third time in the last two months.
Taj and linkin bennet are great at their job great service and quick food
