Extremely disappointed. I ordered a vegetarian pizza for pickup, but when I got home, I found chicken on it. This isn’t just a small mistake—it’s deeply disrespectful, especially considering my religious beliefs. I trusted the restaurant to prepare the food correctly, but this level of carelessness is unacceptable. I won’t be returning.
Absolutely disgusting experience. I normally don’t complain, but this was beyond unacceptable. I spent $40 on pizzas and sides, only to receive something that was completely inedible. The meat smelled like dog food and tasted even worse—I couldn’t even force down a single slice. When I called to get a refund for their mistake, I was met with a ridiculous excuse: they wouldn’t do anything because we couldn’t eat the pizza. Of course we couldn’t eat it—it was revolting! For a major franchise, this level of quality and customer service is a complete joke. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about its customers.
Love the pizzas & garlic bread. But the spray on cream out of a can you use on the sundae smells off & me & a relative both had a bad case of diahrear afterwards. Don't ever get the spray on can cream on your sundae cos it's obviously off or bad for your gut. So only 3 stars this time sorry.
I was really impressed by the girl working at the pizza place this afternoon 24/05/2025around 1. She managed all the orders and service by herself yet stayed incredibly professional and welcoming—almost like an angel. Hope I get to see her again next time!
Domino's Ulverstone, TAS, was a major disappointment. The food was poorly prepared, with undercooked ingredients that made it inedible. The service was slow and unprofessional, adding to the frustration. The restaurant itself felt unhygienic, with visible cleanliness issues that made the experience even worse. Definitely not a place I'd recommend unless significant improvements are made, the short worker with the mullet was very rude to me and went over to his friends and started laughing.
