Awful food. Waitress saw my meal left on the plate and asked if there was a problem with the meal. I said it was terrible. She apologised but still charged me for the inedible muck. So disappointed.

I eat from Jade Willow regularly. Food is excellent. Sometimes, due to their popularity, take aways can take longer than desired, but I can never fault the food. Would recommend them to anyone!

Ordered take out, Mongolian sauce tasted like it was out of a packet. Food was so poor we did not eat it.

This is not what I have expected, the customer service served you one and never look back if you need anything else. Raise your hand doesn't seem to work, basically you have to get up and get them to come to you. The food was is okay, I wish I could try some more dish
