12 Jan 2024 @ 5.15 pm. Worst pizza ever and manager blocked my phone #, i called again twice at 5.22pm & 5.28pm but i couldn't ask for his details. I sent a piece of first pizza back with the delivery guy to see what he sent me and took pic of the exchange. Be great if you could put minus stars on Google maps because this store has majour problems.n............nnI had about the worst pizza I have ever tried to eat delivered on the 3rd Feb 2023 receipt attached Shawn the driver was not given the EFTPOS machine so I also had to supply my credit card details with security number. He was fabulous but should look for a better company to work for. I could not remove the pizza from the box as it was welded to it, there was almost nothing on the so called Supreme pizza which tasted like a mouth full of salt! I was very hungry and added stuff so I could eat it.nLook closely at this meal, its just not something you should pay for!
Order a pizza delivery, waited over an hour with no delivery, call and come to find out, with attitude from the staff, it was delivered to the wrong house half an hour prior. Got the pizza from our neighbours house covered in cockroaches and bugs from being outside for over half an hour, according to the delivery driver. When I asked for a refund, I was told to go to door dash for a refund as that's how we ordered, but when we tried to we got a sent to a page that said dominos delivers their own food and that any support or refunds need to be done through them. Tried to call back to discuss our refund and our calls went unanswered. I literally called over 10 times with no answer. I want Gympie dominos to reimburse us.
Always stuff up my orders, the pizza's have shrunk in size, while the price has gone up and now way too expensive for what it is. The place looks dirty. We won't be back.
Meh... its not overly clean and well the pizzas are nice but not my personal fav
Food was excellent and delivery driver Grace was friendly and a very good representative for Domino s.nWell done Gympie team.
