Instead of writing a review im going to post a managers email. Dear Sam, I am sorry to hear about the poor service you have received at one of our stores. We expect a high standard of service from all of our employees, and it is disappointing that has not occurred here. I will be passing on these details to our store management and the local area manager, so we can reduce the likelihood of this happening again. A summary of your feedback will also be provided to senior management, so we can identify areas for the business to improve and to provide any areas where we are not meeting our expected standards, and to provide additional training where needed. got ripped off today. 2 pizzas and some chicken for 51 dollars (pick up)?! i show the shop staff a 35% off pick up voucher and they said its online only. I used to work at dominos and its a simple hit to apply pick up discount. if management think this is normal then i can assure this business is not going to last long cuz they obviously dont care about customers.

who doesn't like dominos. this store very rarely stuffs up and I have seen an rx7 delivery car there among other crazy unexpected cars so it will be delivered by someone fast lol.

Make sure to not order too late at night. They tend to turn there phones off over an hour before they advertise they close.

When I called to order food tonight the person that answered the phone didn’t answer the phone and say the name of the company, I fact all I got was hello..... I had to ask 3 times is this dominos pizza before I got a “yes” then I have to repeat my order 4 times and ask for a menu to come out with my order 3times... Then after ordering she just hung up the phone... No closing message from her at all “like that you for choosing Dominos” just a dead phone... Very very disappointed and have to say.
