I moved to the area end of Oct and I’ve ordered a few times now. Each time they’ve messed up my order. Either they send a meat pizza when I’ve been vegetarian for 17 years , or every single time my chips are not seasoned and not cooked all the way. I’ve had things added to the pizza when I specifically asked to omit from the pizza when ordering on the website. Today I got sent a simply cheese pizza which was so dry. Still warm and I live so close to the actual shop so it wasn’t the fact that it was a cold pizza but it has such little sauce and cheese and it was dry. I also got a chocolate malt milkshake which was beige in colour and did not taste like chocolate whatsoever. I deduced that it was caramel or vanilla but I got told they didn’t have that in stock and that they possibly put less chocolate in there. I couldn’t taste any chocolate at all. I would have ordered a vanilla shake if I didn’t want to taste the chocolate. I am never one to complain but to have something in my order wrong every single time has to be someone playing a prank on me. This was my last time ordering from this branch.
Just ordered my food pizza came and it's cold everytime we have ordered my sons mini pan cakes where so hard and so dry and them arguing back about me calling about the price of my kids garlic cheese pizza was dramatic $20 but it's normally a 5 dollar pizza and then says the price of the pizza the delivery fee is I'm that too but on the receipt it says $4 delivery service fee.. then argue to say that's a fee for something else. Ummmmm like what?
The quality of the pizzas are excellent and they're delicious. We come back every week to Bundoora Dominos. The staff is friendly and service is timely and professional.
Ordered x2 pizzas tonight Tuesday 30-11-2021 and picked it up at 1842hrs. Came home, opened them up and they were burnt. I called the store and tried to diplomatically raise this issue with the storeperson and manager, they were rude and argumentative and refused to accept that it was burnt. I even offered to take the pizzas back so they can see for themselves, the manager was even more rude and stated that he won't accept returns on any of the pizzas. So much for Dominos having a "Satisfaction Gaurantee". I Was met with rudeness and denial. Photos attached and complaint has been logged on the Dominos website.
This is my usual domino’s store..and the staffs are always friendly and keep up the instructions especially during delivery.
A lot to choose from. Good prices. We got 2 cheese, 1 margaritas and 2 small cheeseburger pizzas for $27. Quick service, friendly. Would recommend.
I was trying to order through Menu log and the food said it had been delivered even though there was no food. So I tried to call them for about 2 hours or so with twice someone picking up and putting the phone down again to hang up. So I ended up having to go down there about 3 hours after I ordered to just see what was going on. I was pretty tired at this point and just wanted the food and go. I would've kicked up more of a fuss if it was even worth the effort. They said that menulog isn't working at the moment which in fairness isn't their fault but not being able to have someone pick up a call in 2 hours to resolve it is. If I had been told that over the phone there would have been no issue at all. However now I wasted 3 hours of my life because the place has basically no staff and nobody bothered to pick up the phone. Food is fine and prices are too but honestly there is so many pizza places in the area that I have no real reason to come back here when I know I can get better service elsewhere.
Worst service of domino’s Bundoora. I have ordered a pizza on Uber eats but the food wasn’t delivered to me and on the Uber eats application it shows that food has been delivered to me. I had to call restaurant people who works for dominos here at Bundoora square- the domino’s person who attended my call said that they were in shortage of delivery guys! That’s why we didn’t deliver the pizza to me. How rubbish is this? I have ordered food late night which means I was freaking hungry and I ordered. Shame on you domino’s Bundoora. I would escalate the same to the higher authorities of domino’s. I wouldn’t encourage stuff like these or make others suffer like the same way I suffer. Worst service.
Usually dominoes is meh. ..but....the chicken woth Camembert cheese was bloody delicious.. poor guy was on his own and really snowed under hence our order was late.. but felt sorry for him as he was soo busy
I've been ordering from Dominos Bundoora since they first opened here and very rarely have I had any problems. However, in the last 2 weeks the service and the quality has been disgraceful. Now I understand that Dominos Bundoora has come under new management so there is bound to be a few problems until things settle down. My order today should have longer 10mins and what I received was disgusting. It was undercooked, the cheese on the pizza looked like it was just melted same with the cheesy garlic bread which is my favorite, it was soggy and I scared to even try it. New management or not this should never happen. I would add photos of the order but I don't know how. IT WILL BE A LONG TIME BEFORE I EVEN ATTEMPT DOMINOS BUNDOORA AGAIN
