Was on the way to dine-in and checking the reviews , so kept low expectation at first.nBut being a foodie, I just loved the fresh Butter Chicken-Large Pizza.nAfter-all Domino’s wont let me down
Due to the oven breakdown, we were told to wait 10 minutes. I had actually placed the pre-order an hour before we went to pick it up, but we still ended up waiting almost another hour, even watching customers who ordered later got their food before us… with no explanation, no apology, and no compensation Finally we got the pizzas in the pic, thank you.
“HANDS DOWN, THIS IS THE BEST”nnIf you’re going to eat pizza and you know you are then go out of your way if you are able to and get it from this Mt. Eden Dominos specifically. Hands down this is the best outlet and it took me a little while to work out why ……..nn…….and then the penny dropped one sunny afternoon. I pulled into the side street to park and in a seperate building around the corner from Domino’s Mt Eden I spied Domino’s actual HEAD OFFICE.nnSo with the BIG bosses sitting next door, the guys making the pizza are either so full of the company cool aide that they’re genuinely happy or scared to screw it up. Either way it doesn’t matter, you’ll be the big winner. If it’s supposed to be thin and crispy then it is thin and crispy.nnAnd with pizza being the ultimate fast food, Mt Eden Domino’s is the ultimate Domino’s Outlet.nnIt’s a great feeling when you can have high expectations and feel confident that you won’t be let down.nnThanks Domino’s Mt Eden, You’re the BEST!
I am writing to formally complain about a very disappointing experience at your store.nnThe pizza I received was of extremely poor quality and did not meet even basic standards. When I raised this concern, the staff responded by saying they make pizzas strictly according to specific gram measurements. However, it was clear that these standards were not being followed. This explanation felt like a poor excuse to justify their mistake rather than a genuine response.nnWhat made the situation worse was that the employee involved was aggressive and refused to acknowledge or accept the mistake. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, their attitude escalated the situation and reflected extremely poor customer service.nnAs a customer, I expect accountability, respectful behaviour, and reasonable service standards. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations.nnI hope this feedback is taken seriously and appropriate action is taken to improve both food quality and customer service.I will never come to this store.
The last few orders have been a fail. When we ordered prawn pizza last weekend and got chicken and mushroom! Sadly I don't eat meat so that went in the bin. We got 2 vouchers so thought to use it last night 13 April and ordered 2 x garlic prawn pizza's- one thin base and one classic crust.nnBoth pizza's arrive thin base!! Then one of the pizza's has chorizo pieces and mince meat and bacon bits on it along with the prawns which I DID NOT ORDER! Again my husband had to eat my pizza I don't eat MEAT!!nnAnd all I get is a generic message and another voucher which I don't care about! Never using Mt Eden Domino's again!
