In understanding that Christmas is a busy time of year for everyone, I would like to say thank you to DJ Freight for making the experience of me helping out a family member to get their boat to the other end of Australia a seamless one. The delivery was within the specified timeframe, all the interactions remained professional and courteous to my needs and I could confidently recommend their service - Thank you.

Unprofessional, rude and unreliable.
I contacted the firm (11/12/17), and told they going to pick up item (within 2 weeks, before christmas) which they didn't. They closed down for Christmas holidays (2 weeks). I contacted them told pick up following week (9/1/18).  told would pick up the following week and need letter from manufacturer that ready to pick up (I did arrange this even though didn't see why they needed it, obviously the customers word was not good enough). When I rang the next week on Wednesday afternoon to see when it was to be picked up and be delivered, they were very rude. I was told  in what I thought was a very annoyed voice that they would let me know when picked it up, they were busy and not an express service. Before i could say a word they told me to get someone else and they hung up on me. 

On their website they say they usually pick up within 2 weeks, but that was not my experience. I waited 4 working weeks and then told they didn't want to do job

Used dj freight  to get a boat on a trailer for a family member then respose and advice on how and wat to do was awesome  job went real smooth and efficiently  would recommend  them anytime.
