Our experience is total satisfaction - the quality of the home and attention to detail by Dixon contractors is superb, four minor issues quickly rectified - nothing to do with poor workmanship - Our home was built three years ago and was competed on time and on budget - no surprise extra charges - completion according to contract. Five stars from us - ours was a seamless experience from signing the build contract to excavation to hand over. The Dixon building supervisor was extremely thorough, and kept us informed of progress every step of the way. no regrets - highly and unreservedly recommended by us as a premium competent builder of quality homes. Dixon homes you are Awesome

Friendly and approachable team. Simple explanations for the build process and easy start-up to assess if they are right for your build. So many stock plans to pick from and helpful advice from the consultant. A focus on repeatable and quality build for family homes.

Love our Dixon home but the after sales service is virtually non existent. Once they've sold you something and there is a problem they appear to not care at all now they've got your money. Wouldn't recommend them as builders because of the poor workmanship of the contractors they use and lack of supervision and inspection of the final product.

The price is good no doubt. That's all. I would like to see if they will improve their services and communication. I mean Gold coast branch.
