If I could give a lesser rating I absolutely would, this place is TERRIBLE! I would not recommend anyone go here. 
I bought a scoopon for 2x shellac manicures, I booked them both online but received no confirmation after a week. I then had to contact them (so whats the point of the website?) to book my first appointment with them. The awful lady on the phone made it nearly impossible, refused to actually confirm my appointment until I had supplied all the details of the scoopon (which I have NEVER had to do in my experience using scoopons.)
My first appointment: I arrived 5 minutes early, then watched the two staff paint each others nails while I sat and waited. When they were done, one lady did a quick file then painted my nails the colour I requested, completely ignoring me and talking to her colleague. She then told me that the polish changes colour based on temperature, which would have been nice to know at the start. 
I booked my second appointment for the next fortnight, then was contacted by the manager confirming the wrong date and wrong time. She then asked that I change my requested time because they had something else written down. 
Needless to say, I didn't bother showing up, I was quite happy to take a loss.

I use to go here regularly as it was well priced, brought family and told friends. But one day I came in and left in tears, when providing feedback to the owner - she even blamed me. The girl who did my nails was aggressive, hurting me and I asked if she is ok and if she wasn't having a good day - was happy to re-book or leave. I ended leaving with my nails not completed and had even paid for it as the girl was speaking Vietnamese about me to her colleague and I felt super uncomfortable. Never returned and was not offered a refund, re-book or my items left in store not even returned back to me. Cheap is good but not worth the poor service and people talking about you in another language.

Shellac last 3 weeks! Perfectly done! Love it!
The facial I thought was weird but actually the technique they used made my skin glow for weeks! Can't wait to go back! Looked for a good place like diva in a long time. I m going on Tuesdays so it might be good to go when they not too busy!

I Ve bought a promotional voucher on Groupon which included facial and Shelac, I do not usually do Shellac and asked instead for SNS nails , the owner said she can do it but ll charge extra 25$ and there is no varaety of colours , I have agreed to colour they have . During the procedure she did it somehow differently from all other places and I asked her why it's different , she did not answer . My nails last not even a week , chipped all of them ( usually sns  last 3-4 weeks unless you redo them ) My usual  lady who always does my nails said it was gel nails . And instead 25$ she charged me 35$ plus on the top of voucher . Very ashame , did not expect this lies and poor quality . 
Facial was ok except very unprofessional , no hear coverage to protect from oily creams ,etc  so I had to wipe myself after not to stain my cloth  . Never come back again

Please don't go here!!
 Went for facial It was so awefull I will never want anyone to go through that! 
Should be relaxing I was anything but that. She used baby oil to cleanse and moisture my face!!!???? And poured oil twice in my eye!!  Didn't apologize she just laughed while it stung me couldn't open my eye for hours and it was red!!  Shellac was done prior to facial and didn't last even a week!! How are these unprofessionals qualified and supposedly certified???? I'm horrified. Please save your money and go to a proffesional!!
