I got waxing done at Hair Sity. Had Bonnie. Very sloppy. Wax all over my expensive underwear and when I told her about the wax- she just said, it would wash off. It didn’t! Messy and unprofessional in my opinion. She didn’t even ask me to check at the end to make sure I was happy. There were sections left undone. I could have done a better job myself with a home kit. Won’t be going back for sure.

Have been to HairSity approx 6 times for threading, which I've always found thorough and well done and at a totally reasonable price.  Service has been friendly and warm.  Had my hair blow dried once and it was great and also, very reasonably priced.  The salon isn't overly fancy however that's fine with me if you're not paying big $$$s.

Had been here to get my eyebrows threading done and I had a great experience. I asked for to keep my eyebrows thick and thats exactly what I got plus the way Param did it was so painless I didnt feel a thing. I am lookong forward for future visits for more services.

By default I am giving you 1 star. I got my hair dyed one shade lighter than my natural hair colour, the owner burnt my scalp as she was blow drying my hair. I told her it was too hot but she continued to blow dry my hair without turning down the heat, when I left the shop I realised that she had burnt the ends of my hair making it shorter, I do not remember asking for a hair cut. I also got my eyebrows tinted and threaded. The tint stayed on my eyebrows for one day and her threading is disappointing. I now have to grow out my eyebrows as she ruined the shape and over threaded my eyebrows.
