I've been getting my lashes done by Hoa at Papilio Rose for the past few years, and can honestly say she is the best lash technician I've ever come across. Hoa takes the time to ensure her work is perfect, and it really shows! I get my lashes refilled just once every four weeks, and I find they last really well between refills. Hoa has always been incredibly accommodating if I've needed to change an appointment etc., and on more than one occasion she's even stayed open crazy late to squeeze me in. I have also been to Hoa for SNS Nails and for waxing, and I hope one day I'll be able to afford to have my brows done by her microblading / feathering. Check out her Instagram for photos!! Bought a groupon voucher. Found our they are closed for more than 3 weeks. So unprofessional as it didn't state on Groupon voucher conditions saying "black out dates" etc as other vouchers. Not happy as now I need to find another place and I have to go through all these issues trying to get a refund and trying to prove that they are closed. Their phones don't work and dont answer sms.
Nope. BIG NO. Horrible service. She ruined my eyebrows. If you don't know what you're doing then stop doing it. Very under experienced beautician.
Hao is amazing and I'm always happy with her work.
