stayed in this hidden alleyway gem for the first time today, beautiful new apartments, awesome shower, good price and close to heaps of food and drink - definitely worth 5 stars.
Clean and nice but staff are rude and unhelpful.... Plus they are using COVID as an excuse to run shorter office hours to reduce their overheads. Really sux when businesses do that!
Awful customer service. No communication and our room was cancelled last minute, we were only told this as we arrived leaving us stranded. Owner kept hanging up the phone and was not willing to resolve.
Great place. Great staff. Probably the most dependable facilities and quality level I have come across to date.
No one there to check us in, couldn’t get Into the room which we paid for so had no where to stay. Kept calling the number no answer and was still charged for the room. PATHTIC
