Our second time staying aft Adina SY, a cozy warm lobby with a fireplace and rich colour scheme. I love the outskirts location and yet convenient to everywhere like food, ride a tram to elsewhere, bus to the market or walk in the nice chill, breath in crisp air with natural blossom that line the road of Domain and Osbourne.

Nice place but... apartments by railways and trains almost all night

We stayed in Melbourne for 10 days and this place provided everything we needed so we could cook in the room. Super friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended!

Apartment is nice but fell short of expectations. Air con heating doesn't work, TV has poor reception quality, sauna/steam room was out of order. Could be a lot better

Room is not so bad. Very nice staff. The bathroom is not super clean though toilet seat marks. Air-conditioning sounds like a hovercraft unable to take off. Can hear people walking above me.

I liked the amenities in this hotel. The rooms are pretty good in size and maintained well. Though the parking space is bit of an issue.

Location is good. Rooms are clean and tidy.. Small parking space... Slow wifi... But very good overall
